I used Sulfur found at a garden supply store, Air Float Charcoal, and Technical Grade KNO3. I milled it for about 2 hours or so and then added 5% dextrin and granulated it. The one and only time I tried to Mill pure kno3 I got the rock hard balls. I put them in a mason jar in case I ever get desperate enough to break them up and use them LOL I had just made a batch of black powder with the same kno3 but I guess the charcoal absorb the extra moisture.

I would like to gather some experience from you: How many hours do you ballmill your BP, and for what purpose? And, propably the most important question: Can you mill for too long, and ruin the result? Blowing shit up is not a goal in itself.
