The Ore Storage keeps maxing out while the Glass Plant never has any ore to make glass with. Extra Ore keeps getting exported instead of going to the glass plant. There's an Ore Grinding Mill across the street that never runs out of ore. Any ideas what I could be doing wrong? I even tried to set the Ore Storage to "empty" but it never empties.
